Part II: The Pre-Show
Before the riders appeared there was a preshow, basically some guys doing acrobatics on motorcycles and publicity. It was a welcome distraction from the heat and the tedium of waiting.
This is what Coca-Cola must do to convince the French to drink it instead of wine.
